BMW Financial Services selected StarLight to organize an outdoor corporate teambuilding event for around 100 guests.

At the Marmoris Hotel in Vila Viçosa, the guests were met with a dynamic and memorable event, complete with outdoor activities in the town of Vila Viçosa and a tour of the new BMW models on the road to Évora.

From setting up tents in front of the Palace and Castle to negotiating the use of outdoor spaces with the Vila Viçosa municipality and House of Bragança, as well as hiring the GNR police force to offer support for outdoor activities and traffic control, no detail was overlooked in planning this event.

The event schedule included a meeting segment, outdoor activities with segways, electric buggies and electric bicycles, dinner, and plenty of entertainment. The event also had the participation of António Raminhos and the Alentejo traditional song group from Redondo.

In addition to all the logistical details associated with the outdoor activities, StarLight was responsible for suggesting and securing all venues, catering, audiovisuals, artists, photography, video and hotels, as well as producing screens and flags.
